Awesome Tools has always had a good reputation. I live in Bishopscourt and wanted to bring in a few items all at the same time. When I called the friendly lady who answered the telephone, said she said she would put me through to the service centre supervisor. Nadine. What a piece of work! She didnt know she didn't put the phone down properly. I was going to put down, but what I heard let my jaw drop. Speaking to, I assume her staff, in a tone that reminded me of Apartheid South Africa. Shouting. How can you treat your customers well, but you engage with your staff in such a disrespectful and downright rude manner? I have a lot of Awesome Tools friends and family in my inner circle. I'll be sure to tell them to speak with anyone there except that individual. Why would a reputable company like Awesome Tools employ a leader like that when surely there are skilled people out there that brings out the best in their team. I'm Chairperson on the Board of Directors of a blue chip company and if ANY of my directors or management staff speak to even a cleaner in that tone, I will not even have a hearing. They will get dismissed right there in front of the person they humiliated.
I went to Salon Jean Paul Haasendal middle December 2023. My last visit was in October 2023. I had an appointment which I made 2 days earlier on 13 December 2023. I was booked with Simone who, I was told is the best cutter. When I got there Simone handed me over to Samantha saying she is too busy. Samantha went to Simone and I heard arguing and did all the customers. As for the 2 receptionists. They are the worst I've ever met. Rude, not knowledgable, speaking loudly and abruptly to the stylists. When I asked them what happened to the previous receptionist, they said she was fired because management wanted her gone. I found the previous receptionist to be warm, friendly, helpful and kind. I found it extremely unprofessional rude to be told the previous receptionist was fired. And I find it difficult believe as she could teach 2 in front how to have manners. My hair was pathetic. It wasn't what I wanted at all. When I said that, the receptionist said well you still have to pay for it. I asked her to call the stylist and she said she can't because she's busy. Meantime I can see the stylist sitting in the kitchen eating. That entire place is **** show.
Avoid EC Finance like the plague. They are ****mers who prey on blacklisted and debt review people. They will "approve" your loan and then it's all sorts of fees that must be paid. They charge R299 which is a recurring fee, but you don't get the loan you made.
Good afternoon. On 10 December I placed an online order with Woolworths which included 4 bottles of wine. I received an invoice dated 19 December for an order I placed on 10 December. With the alcohol ban, I was told that I would receive the wine by no later than 24 December. I have written 100s of emails, logged requests, complaints. I sent the email to 3 different email addresses but to no avail. 100 queries, emails, questions without anybody getting back to me. Both my emails of 27 and 29 December went unanswered. I received an email from a Gerschon Fisher. When I replied on that, it bounced back. 3 email addresses and not one response. I have been charged for the wine, but not a word, no feedback, no communication. I am disgusted. If I receive no joy through this avenue within 18 hours, I will log a complaint with the Ombudsman
