Worst Experience. Regrets after Regrets, this is a ****gish dealership. The dealership is full of *********** people with a down right **** and ****ming mentality. Bought a car which they claim was fully serviced and on the day of the delivery the water pump was leaking . The registration papers took two months to be done and had to pay for it which they promised they would later compensate. When it was time to compensate they paid their own amount and said the other amount was my debt. Still shocked. I would not recommend anyone to try that joke of a dealership. There is Cornel and Charlene (who deals with registration) USELESS as they come. Avoid that thing by all means necessary, they will hound you but block them.

I was sold a vehicle that came with old tyres and I was told the vehicle has full service plan it’s been 2 months now and they are failing to produce the service book. The assured me that they will change the tyres and until this day am still waiting for managers approval. The car reverse gear is giving problem i reported this and I was told to bring the car in and they will take it to their mechanic and I did that last Friday and they made me seat at the mall all day only to find the car not fixed. I asked to produce invoice that shows what was done on the car as the car is still giving the same problem. Only then they told me to leave my car and take a different scar to go back home. Mind you I drove 3hours to Klerksdorp I was told their mechanics are in only in Klerksdorp. Now the manger is treating to call my boos and police on me because am refusing to take this car while it’s not fixed. The dealership is still failing to sending invoice and show what was done to this car.

Worst service ever!! They call you every 5 min when you need to pay and as soon as you pay for the car and sign the contract you wait 2 months for the papers to put the car on your name. Without getting proper answers or feedback. Do yourself a favor and never buy a vehicle there. They mislead you

Please be aware of these people, their sales people are not educated to do their job properly. They promise you one thing and then give you something else or, NOTHING. A bunch of fricken crooks. Don't buy there. The arrogance. If you look at the other garages, this café cant call themselves a garage. Be aware.

I bought a car on september last year and in a week it gave me a problem.then i reported the problem and they advised me to take it somewhere here in east london. And the place saw that the car has rust in diesel pump and injectors are failing. The dealer said to those people they should clean it and give it to me then it was cleaned. I drove it for a Month and the problem came back and they took it back to them on October to fix it in North West and it came back on Feb.Then it was having an engine light when it came back then in 3 days it showed me glow plug again thats when i gave them a call and sent them a video of it..they said i must drive it longer it will be fine then on the 2nd of May when i was coming from gauteng the car stoped just cut off and they said its not their fault i must fix my car using warranty.. and the warranty doesn't cover some things that are the problem on the car.. now i tried to use the bank that financed the car to speak with a dealer but its not helping because they cut off their phones when they know the call is about my car..now am paying for the car that is not running.
