On 30 December 2024 I received a bad service from Inoko petrol attendance with supervisor Johannes I feel I need to report this cause both they lack customer service.

Just a warning about this company... We have been dealing with Timothy Smith (DPS) for some years now. We always pay upfront for what we need as we trusted Timothy. Last year we had our first incident where we supplied Timothy with a pump for R15500(which we did manage to recover personally from him after endless phone calls, messages, WhatsApp etc). Now, we are sitting in the same position... We Paid him R7000 eft in December for a Wayne 616 pump that we ordered for a client. A week later, he asked us to borrow a R1000, that was ewallet, on condition that it comes of the amount owing on the pump, which he agreed to. Needless to say, today is 13 February 2023 and we still have not received our goods or our refund for the pump. Everyday he has a new excuse. We are taking this futher (yes, he has been informed but doesn't seem to care). We have phoned, called and WhatsApp him on numerous occasions to try and recover our monies. On the end of the day, we had to lay out extra expenses and run a loss just to complete my customers job. He is not to be trusted at all.... I have all corresponding voice notes, WhatsApp, proof of payments etc.... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I put petrol in the other day and they charge me twice for the same transaction. now when u bring it to management attention they argue with me that the transaction only when thru once. They are stEaling money from innocent clients. I swipped my card the first time and it didn't go thru and the cashier said it declined and I should swipe again but I got TWO sms on my fone showing the notification has gone thru and I never got a sms stating the transaction was reversed. THIS ALL HAPPENED AT ENGEN GARAGE ON JEAN AVE CENTURION. It has been nearly a week now and I'm still waiting for management to get back to me. when I contact management about it they just tell me it only went thru once

Good day Please don't do business with Dynamic Petroleum Solutions in Meyerton SA. Telephone number ********** . We(a company) have paid them for a flow meter on a paraffin burner in full on December 6 2018 . They have supplied us with the incorrect meter with the promise that Timothy will look into the correct product for our business needs in January. We have made a number of phone calls and send a number of emails to them with no response on either the phone calls or the emails It is 17 May today 2019 A very concerned consumer
