I have ordered and payed for my medication and it was for delivery today, 20206-01-03.The courier guy did not honour there promise and it is a medical emergency
I put petrol in the other day and they charge me twice for the same transaction. now when u bring it to management attention they argue with me that the transaction only when thru once. They are stEaling money from innocent clients. I swipped my card the first time and it didn't go thru and the cashier said it declined and I should swipe again but I got TWO sms on my fone showing the notification has gone thru and I never got a sms stating the transaction was reversed. THIS ALL HAPPENED AT ENGEN GARAGE ON JEAN AVE CENTURION. It has been nearly a week now and I'm still waiting for management to get back to me. when I contact management about it they just tell me it only went thru once
i would like to say thank you very much to Collen Ntlailane from midway insurance for assisting me with a review for my car insurance, due to yearly increases my car insurance premiums went up drastically but after sending a whatsapp to miway, Collen came through and helped me with a better review and my premiums went down and im very happy with the service he gave me. Cell c hasn't cancelled my contract even after i have called to tell them i am cancelling, now they are busy debiting money in my account but my contract has ended. this is fraud my contact ended in June 2020 after fully paying for 24 months, now cancelling with them is a nightmare, when you call the number 084 143 it cuts you and no one picks up. when my contract was about to end in June i called cell c to cancel my contract but apparently it wasn't cancelled because i'm still billed by cell c. can you please cancel my contract and not force us to pay for services we no longer using or need.
What a terrible experience i'm having with this panelbeater, my car (Kia Picanto HB46PZ GP) has been gone now for over a month for suspension repairs. when i try to call them they don't pick up the phone and the service consultant is always unavailable. i wish i had a choice given by my insurance Auto and General to choose a panelbeater of my choice. i will never recommend anyone to take their car to this place. Poor service, slow to complete a simple job and keeping you in the dark about progress of your car. my car has been on paint preparation stage for 2 weeks now, some panelbeaters do this in 1 day. my life is stuck now because of their poor service nxaaa!
Cell c insurance is fraud, i made a claim for my (replaced phone) which i lost, but they still not processing my claim telling about EMEI numbers while the are the ones who gave me a new phone when i first claimed for a damaged phone. they didn't register the second phone's EMEI number now they don't want to help me but is their fault, mind you i had payed my insurance for 23 months without skipping a single day but they don't want to help me when i need them the most. i regret the day i took a contract phone with Cell C.
