After a 15 year relationship I was accused of lying about a return. This is completely unacceptable service IMHO.

As per our records, you purchased the subwoofer in August 2022 as a display unit, as the Sonos Gen3 white Subwoofer - was marked down from R18,999 to R13,999.
We haven’t accused you for anything. We simply stated if the unit is found faulty, we will honour the refund or exchange.
You brought the unit in today 30/12/2022 - 4 months after your purchase arguing that the unit is faulty and has a big dent. We tested the unit, no fault found and we can’t find any noticeable dents as you stated, unit is in very good condition in my opinion.
