My international payment has been canceled despite providing the correct banking details. It is impossible to get hold of someone at Bidvest to help with this. Shocking customer service!
IG is incredibly difficult to withdraw money from. I have been trying for a week now to withdraw funds from my IG UK trading account into my SA bank account. I have been messed around by consultants from pillar to post and still haven't got my funds! Be wary of using this company I would say.

After a 15 year relationship I was accused of lying about a return. This is completely unacceptable service IMHO.
This is the worst insurance company I have dealt with by far. More than 24 hrs to clear the scene after first notified, then endless hassles with multiple consultants, still ongoing after 2 days. This after premiums paid on time and in good faith. I am cancelling my policy.

Avoid these guys. They charged me for installation and a month of 20/20 line but didn't even bother to do the installation properly so I was stuck with a 10mbps line and endless problems! There was no apology of acknowledgement of wrongdoing on their side when I contacted the finance dept. This is disgusting NetDirect and I will be taking this up with the ombud!

On Monday 8 I lodged a complaint with Standard regarding the overcharging of service fees for my newly opened Mi Mo account. I was supposed to be charged a R109 service fee and was instead charged R179. After wasting half an hour of my time on the phone explaining Standard's error I was assured that the situation was resolved. I also received an SMS on Wed 10 saying that the matter had been resolved - ref no 7034757404. Needless to say it has NOT been resolved - the overcharged service fee has not been refunded. I will now be reporting that transaction back to Standard as a fraudulent one since they have in fact stolen my money. Standard continues to plumb the depths of poor service I'm afraid...
My loot order no. LYDB-314-B430 was shipped 4 days ago and has disappeared en route! The tracking number I was provided with doesn't work, my emails have remained unanswered by customer service and I cannot get through to the call center - choosing an option just takes me back to the main menu! Shocking 'service' - as a Loot customer of many years I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company anymore...
