Well besides the great sales pitch and the few days of having Internet... it might be a beter idea to invest your money into some or other (portable toilet). They have no after sales service... have you ever experienced an IT service that is only available in office hours? Well go with NetDirect They live to disappoint and they are GREAT at it... Go Go NETDIRECT, may you **** many many more people out of their hard earned money with no service and no delivery, I mean it is not like we pay high taxes or high fuel prices... I'm sure we would all like to experience another Bernie Madoff session, we pay you get rich and we all wait for results which is never given...

Ripped off by NetDirect
Avoid these guys. They charged me for installation and a month of 20/20 line but didn't even bother to do the installation properly so I was stuck with a 10mbps line and endless problems! There was no apology of acknowledgement of wrongdoing on their side when I contacted the finance dept. This is disgusting NetDirect and I will be taking this up with the ombud!
