Ripped off by NetDirect

Avoid these guys. They charged me for installation and a month of 20/20 line but didn't even bother to do the installation properly so I was stuck with a 10mbps line and endless problems!

There was no apology of acknowledgement of wrongdoing on their side when I contacted the finance dept. This is disgusting NetDirect and I will be taking this up with the ombud!
