If there’s another way to pay your municipal account that you can rely on, try that route. Don’t use the debit feature they offer because it’s broken like the whole SA government. If you don’t have time to check your statement every month then please don’t rely on it. You’ll find yourself having being handed to debt collectors without your knowledge!

We’ve been using their debit feature for years, up to date with payments and then it all went wrong. For some months there was no debit and we were not aware of this because we’ve let it run itself for years. They handed us over to debt collectors without our knowledge and charged us for the handing over fees. Can’t trust that portal, it’s quite risky. They can double debit in a month after skipping a month without you doing anything to action that.

I am not sure if the people running the payment system know what they are doing cos the website is ALWAYS down when we try to make payments. I don't know how they expect to collect money when they are *********** in enabling the system which will make it easier for home owners to pay. It's been 2 months now and they can't get the system to operate.

Worst department to get hold of. Paid via web portal, payment not allocated. Emailed them on two occasions proof that money stated paid on their site and remittance got via sms. No one answers or assists, call Centre says they can’t help. HELP pla

I had a terrible experience with e-Siyakhokha. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R255,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with e-Siyakhokha and would advise others to stay away from them. when is Siyakhokha going to allocate my funds into my account and credit me for double debiting me and money i paid manually , i sent my bank statement however my account is not yet fixed and in arrears and they still adding interest . complained i called them send email to Gillian Koenraad no feedback to my emails no amount has been credit account number 3310969722

Siyakhokha have been double debiting me, when i reverse 1 x debit order they will charge me for it and charge interest. i did manual payments as well on my account but were not allocated .My account is on arrears while there's money in my account that they need to locate, i sent email with no feedback, i i went to Ekurhuleni Benoni was not assisted. contact them while at Erurhuleni because the lady said they cant help is best i call them only for one on the agents to hang up on us . i called got hold of Gillian Koenraad explained the issue i am having with Siyakhokha , she asked me to send my statement on her work emails i did till this day she has not responded to my emails even when i request feedback this is unprofessional my account and issue is not fixed and up to date Account no 3310969722 now i do not know how to move forward
