If there’s another way to pay your municipal account that you can rely on, try that route. Don’t use the debit feature they offer because it’s broken like the whole SA government. If you don’t have time to check your statement every month then please don’t rely on it. You’ll find yourself having being handed to debt collectors without your knowledge!
If you’re unemployed looking for a job, play far from Jobleads. One, you will get zero job leads, two, you will lose money! Find a different platform that doesn’t tie you to paying R679 when you barely have anything to begin with. Their initial trial is R50, but be careful because that will automatically turn to a premium subscription and deduct R679 on the 14th day, they are very sneaky about it, it’s clear their aim is to get your money, it’s unfortunate that there are many platforms just like this one, once they have your banking details it’s impossible to get them to stop taking your money. I absolutely hate it because it yields nothing but costs an arm and a leg.
We’ve been using their debit feature for years, up to date with payments and then it all went wrong. For some months there was no debit and we were not aware of this because we’ve let it run itself for years. They handed us over to debt collectors without our knowledge and charged us for the handing over fees. Can’t trust that portal, it’s quite risky. They can double debit in a month after skipping a month without you doing anything to action that.
I’ve been with Outsurance since 2019 when I bought my first, all the times I’ve needed help they were there for me. I’ve never had any issues with claims, not even once did I ever have to run after them. Every year when my premiums are re-rated I call them complaining and they always apply the discounts and bring it where I’m comfortable. Every time when competitors call me to see if they can offer cheaper premiums they never beat my current premiums. Outsurance is not cheap by any means but it definitely is worth the money.
Why on earth are companies working with Aramex? So *********** it’s laughable. How does a delivery service not equip their delivery drivers with at least the ability to call a customer upon delivery? Are we supposed to wait at the gate of the complex? Second delivery from two different companies using Aramex and I’ve experienced the same problem. Get your drivers phones or have an alternative for complexes that don’t have intercoms.
I’ve been trying to cancel my student credit card, I’m a 30 year old with a R200 limit student card 😂. I’ve been to the branch, paid cancellation fees but the cancellation just didn’t happen. I came here hoping to get the service I need. I’ve done my part, I just want Absa to do theirs.
It’s impossible to get hold of the Claims Department, you’ll hold until their machine gets tired of putting you on hold and even if you request a call back no one calls you back. What does it take to talk to someone in the Claims Department?
Thank you to Thina Miya for reaching out to us, our issue was resolved very swiftly. Thank you for the excellent service.
Does it take a month to get Fibre installed after making the order? I’ve made the call to follow up way too many times and everytime I get the same response and at every call someone “escalates” the issue which obviously has no effect. What does it take to get Vumatel to me to arrange the date for Fibre installation????
How do track down the person who called me with regards to this cash campaign? I've been calling FNB for assistance and no one but the person who opened my account knew about this campaign. I've met all requirements but no cash allocation. I'm starting to think this was a scam. I've forwarded the document with the campaign requirements from FNB but no one seems to know about it. Was this a scam to get people to join FNB?
