Bad Customer Service and product Quality

Customer service is not the best, I bought the 10K Series Mango Bomb and the flavor taste off like it has expired. I messaged them via whatsapp to they customer service chat and explained the problem. All what they refferd to was they Return Policy and told me why not try a different flavore. Its not what i want to hear from a customer service, I would have expected at least some kind of compensation but nothing. I will defently not buy any product from them again nor recommend them to anybody. I rather say dont buy any Prtoducts of E-XHALE at all.
