BEWARE JUICE KLOUD LEAKS
They say all vape devices are leaking free. NOT TRUE!!!!! I have bought a few devices to test and Juice Kloud gives a mouth full of oil with every puff. Please stay away from the Juice Kloud. I think it can't be healthy and very harm full.

E-XHALE 10k pull vape not a 10k pull
Ive been vaping for awhile but I do smoke cigarettes, Ive always enjoys E-XHALE's products. recently I bought the 5k pull vape and it lasted me approximately 2 weeks. I only vape in my house but when I'm working or am out I smoke cigarettes. (I just do not smoke cigarettes in my house) I get home from gym approximately 7.30 in the evenings...… Once I saw the 10k pull vapes I have decided to try one and it was great until I realized it finished too quickly. It took about a week and was finished. I then bought another 10k pull vape and wrote down the date (08/10/2025) Last night that vape finished, in other words it took 5 days to finish a 10k pull vape where a 5k pull vape lasts me almost 2 weeks and I do not pull 2000 times a day on a vape from 7.30pm to 11pm when I go to bed.

Order shortage: No communication
I ordered 15K Tigers blood 5%/50mg Disposable Pod 10 Pack and 15K E-pod battery unit. The delivery was quick but unfortunatly I onle received 1x Pod instead of 10. I have tried all methods of communication I can get but no one comes back to me. I phoned but the number is off, I made use of the whatsapp line but no response, email also no response. This was my first time I bought straint from them and it's really not a good start.

Faulty Vape
Bought a vape and after 4 days the smoke started coming out the top by itself, and the juice ran out the bottom - have videos to show. The other 10K puffs lasted 3 days! This product is a *******. Last time I had a problem they wouldn't even reimburse they gave a 10% discount for an online purchase. Honestly becoming the worst vape company with little to no response once a problem has been encountered.

E-Xhale K10 Vape Smokes itself
On the 17th of September for the very 1st time ever I bought myself the K10 Mango Bomb after being introduced to it by a friend. For years myself and my husband were and still use Vuse epod systems. But I so loved the great taste of the E-xhale Mango Bomb I wanted to spoil myself. Unfortunately the only place I could find one was at Engen in George and we live in Mosselbay. So I thought let me get it and have it when the time is right I can start using it. Obviously I still had a few Vuse pods that needed to be smoked. So only every other day I will take a puff or two from the Mango Bomb unit. On the 24th of Sept it started smoking itself and actually heated up to such an extent that we feared it was going to explode in our house and placed it outside to ensure our safety. I did reach out to E-xhale and their feedback was because it's not within their terms & conditions and return policy they are not able to refund or exchange the unit. I do feel that's a bit unfair but my main concern is the safety of others and their loss when their units start boiling and smoking them self's.

Bad Customer Service and product Quality
Customer service is not the best, I bought the 10K Series Mango Bomb and the flavor taste off like it has expired. I messaged them via whatsapp to they customer service chat and explained the problem. All what they refferd to was they Return Policy and told me why not try a different flavore. Its not what i want to hear from a customer service, I would have expected at least some kind of compensation but nothing. I will defently not buy any product from them again nor recommend them to anybody. I rather say dont buy any Prtoducts of E-XHALE at all.

Bad quality
Exhale should just say if they’re selling wires or vapes because that’s what it tastes like after a day of smoking it. Tired complaining through their WhatsApp on the 12th of February, did a follow up on the 15th and still haven’t heard anything back. The quality of these vapes has dropped drastically since they’re came out with these rechargeable flavours (and btw 90% of them taste like **** so why would I buy that?)
