Faulty Vape

Bought a vape and after 4 days the smoke started coming out the top by itself, and the juice ran out the bottom - have videos to show.

The other 10K puffs lasted 3 days! This product is a *******. Last time I had a problem they wouldn't even reimburse they gave a 10% discount for an online purchase. Honestly becoming the worst vape company with little to no response once a problem has been encountered.
