They don't communicate and then they deduct money and no one answers about when I will receive my refund!
I requested an uber trip last night at the time the trip was R257, and was paid. This morning I woke up to uber trying to debit my account again for R269, and then they debited a R12 extra. I want a FULL refund for this inconvenience. Disgusting!
This is my second time working with Salt, they really have no customer service, one of the consultants actually put the phone down in my ear, after I told her that it is unnecessary for me to phone every 5-10 working days to figure out how far the claim is. They also don't email to tell you if there is any documents outstanding. I honestly thought the second time around would've been smoother but honestly doesn't look like they have any customer service.
Bought a vape and after 4 days the smoke started coming out the top by itself, and the juice ran out the bottom - have videos to show. The other 10K puffs lasted 3 days! This product is a *******. Last time I had a problem they wouldn't even reimburse they gave a 10% discount for an online purchase. Honestly becoming the worst vape company with little to no response once a problem has been encountered.
The service at the Walmer Park branch is ridiculous, I have been sitting for an hour already with no assistance. There is one consultant between 5 booths, people come in get a position in the queue and go out into the mall and then come back and claim their position back in the line, which is disgusting. There is people just walking around, instead of helping the bank is full of people. I understand people have lunch but not all consultants can take lunch at the same time.
Your service is disgusting. I have been trying to make contact for 2 weeks now, no one answers phones and no one answers mails or WhatsApp
My mother in husband use my phone to gamble, we all live together so this morning we put a R100 on not sure which account opened and then we withdrew money and could not see withdrawals I then spoke to Abongile who understood my wording wrong and has gone and blocked two active accounts, which they use every day. I have pending withdrawals of R1600 which Abongile has now reversed and blocked the account. Could a phone not be picked up and veried if it was the correct person? You team is disgustingly slow to verify an account, and when will my money now be paid out? Both those accounts put in thousands a month.
I bought an expensive gift for my husband online and delivery was suppose to be done within 3 days according to the supplier, besides this, RAM updated the tracker and said Parcel not ready, when I phoned they said that they do this of the driver could not get to it, okay fine. Then I phoned them and told them the parcel needs to please be delivered before 4pm as its at my place of work and I only work until 4pm, being an expensive object I did not want anyone to sign for it. So then I phoned at 15:35 asking if the driver is going to make it before 4pm, the lady then told me yes he should be there by 10 to 4, the driver is in the area. At 4pm still no RAM, I then phoned the courier company and spoke to a Gentleman who would not give his name, but I am sure they can see it on their system, this guy then kept me on the phone for 20 minutes, telling me to relax and that I should drive home and then drive back to the office ! He then told me that the driver is in the area and will be there in 30min, now this said area only has maybe 8 streets max, with no traffic so not sure how it takes 30min, in a no traffic area. I told this said person I am leaving and they need to return the parcel to the PE hub, and if they give the parcel to anyone without showing ID I will held RAM responsible for the item, and he said to me, no because I was the one that left ? I mean really ! Note said before 4pm, two different call centre agents giving me different info. I know the exact details cannot be given out due to safety but if the note is there and you as a driver see you not going to make it, phone the person ! A person wont make arrangements if it was not necessary. Never the less very disappointed in this service, and I told him I want it Monday first thing and he said no does not work like that.. anyway they updated at 17:15 to say no one is there, this is a whole hour and 15min after given time, oh and the the times the call centre agents gave !!
So when I was a client of Marlin, they were very quick to take my money and also paid my money out like immediately but now that they must pay me a referal fee no one phones back and then when you phone, eventually leave your details they say it will be paid Friday - The person I referred has been paid out. So they probably just lie about referal money and say it to get more clients. I wont be refering anyone anymore.
It is avsolutely so sad how the service is at the department of labor ! There are email addresses of 2 ladies on the internet and I have emailed both to find out what is happening regarding my payment. I received and sms on the 19th to say my funds will be in my account within 7 working days I know today is day 6 if I start from the 20th and not when the sms was sent giving them the benefit of the doubt. My problem is that once you have completed the application why can you not do the payment? Why make the people wait as if you are doing them a favour? We pay the UIF each and every month. Without our payments and a department that assists the unemployed you employees would not have a job. It is disgusting ! You are not doing us a favour and that is OUR money, not a charity case !! My account has been blocked since last year October with me phoning each and every day ! I could not call anymore and left it. My profile was unblocked in June 2023, what are you people doing? Someone is obviously not doing their job. I mean 9months to unblock a profile? So I have been without income since January when my work contract ended, and now I wait forever for my money? And can get absolutely no answers as to when it will be paid? I hope one day you people doing payments sit in some of our shoes so that you can feel what it feels like not getting an income and having a family to feed.
