The worst service I have ever received!! I have been waiting to speak to someone for over an hour now.I chat to the virtual assistant (Sibulele)online and as soon as I told them I want to cancel the service as the person who was using the service passed away, they started to ignore me flat out. Please people do not use Mweb their service is pathetic!!
Terrible and very slow service I ordered pizza on my Roams pizza app on 14 Feb 2026 invoice number 51202 order number 203 branch Uitenhage/ Kariega Eastern Cape I have waited over an hour for my order. People that walk in and order leave with food before me. When I eventually got my food after I had to go ash why is everyone getting food except me, 3 of my pizzaz were stone cold and the other one was medium heat. 2 of the staff ladies walked out which left them with 5 staff members on the inside 2 in the front and 3 at the back. You really need to sharpen up the management skills of this branch they have no way of prioritising orders and no order whatsoever of getting orders out. There is no one pushing the kitchen to get orders out,kitchen staff is in total limp mode. If things arent going to change, this branch will not last long. People will start going to the other pizza places rather than Romans.
I ordered 15K Tigers blood 5%/50mg Disposable Pod 10 Pack and 15K E-pod battery unit. The delivery was quick but unfortunatly I onle received 1x Pod instead of 10. I have tried all methods of communication I can get but no one comes back to me. I phoned but the number is off, I made use of the whatsapp line but no response, email also no response. This was my first time I bought straint from them and it's really not a good start.
I had an absolute great experience at We buy cars in Port Elizabeth. Vuyo Ndiwa gave me the best service when I purchased a Ford Everest. Vuyo is very helpful and took me through the process without any hassle. She was always available when I needed help, she was quick and very efficient. I would highly recommend We buy cars Port Elizabeth and I will without any doubt refer anyone that wants to buy a vehicle to Vuyo Ndiwa.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Absolutely the worst service ever! I ordered 2 wifi extenders last year, accepted the quote and sent in the required documents. After about 2 months I phoned in asking when I will receive the extenders and the lady told me she can see that I requested it and everything was sent in but the order was never placed. I had to accept a new quote and had to send in documents again. then a guy came to my house to check how many extenders I needed after that I never heard of anyone again. last week I had to phone and ask again, everyone tells you they will call you back but no one calls. I have been waiting for the manager to phone me for a week now but nothing happens. They are quick to cut services when you dont pay, but you pay for the worst service ever!
Terrible service!! Since last week I have been complaining about my internet that is down each time I hear no it has been escalated to the technical department and an technician will call me within an hour but n one calls. I explained that I work from home and that this is a loss of income for me but that does not even seem to bother, yet on the 1st they expect full payment. This is terrible
WesBank insurance services is absolutely no pleasure to deal with when it comes to claims to be paid out. We have been battling to get an invoice paid since 2022. When we phone WesBank we get referred from one department to another the whole time each department has a different excuse. Totally unacceptable.
So I bought Crystal valley sliced cheese from our local OK shop. On the packet it says 9 slices but there is only 7 slices, I then went today and bought another 9 slice packet from Spar and exactly the same also only had 7 slices in.
Terrible service from KFC Kariega. We went to KFC in Kariega/Uitenhage last night and not only was the service terrible but the food was horrible and I would even feed it to my dog! They mixed up a few orders on one occasion they took back food from someone that already left with it and gave it to another customer. My order was mixed up, by the time they sorted my order out the food was so cold. The burger buns was rock hard and the burger itself was dry with hardly any sauce on it. The patty on the burger was half the size of the bun, the large burger meal looks like a small burger meal, the sprinkle pops was so hard and dry my poor 4 year old choked on it. It does not help you revamp a place but the food quality and service is horrible.
I re-opened my FNB account recently, the have youth accounts that you can add to your account with separate bank cards. I app**** for them and a consultant called me. I gave all the details and according to him the the accounts was opened and the cards was couriered. Weeks later I still didn't receive the cards so i phoned customer care, i was told to select re send cards on my banking app I done it. i then only received one card which I had to pay for because I requested another card, but in the first place I didn't receive it. I then phoned again asking for the other card and was told there was only one account opened and that I must request for another youth account, I done that and still nothing. This is terrible, how must a customer pay for another card if they never received the first one in the first place? How do you capture details for two accounts but never open process the first account which of the details was given?
