When are you going to return my deposit, it’s now the 24th of the month and everybody is ignoring my call, as well as messages from my mother. Agents have blocked me from calling, your office landline is engaged. Is this how you guys run a business??? I requested the municipal accounts as well as proof that my deposit was in an interest bearing account and you failed to even do that. I would never recommend people rent or even purchase property through this agency because this is just a ****!!
Exhale should just say if they’re selling wires or vapes because that’s what it tastes like after a day of smoking it. Tired complaining through their WhatsApp on the 12th of February, did a follow up on the 15th and still haven’t heard anything back. The quality of these vapes has dropped drastically since they’re came out with these rechargeable flavours (and btw 90% of them taste like **** so why would I buy that?)
I’ve never come across a business that take its time to respond to its customers the way MTN does. They will literally take weeks to tend to your query and it won’t even be resolved. And dare you call in to get assistance, their agents sound like they don’t even want to help or comprehend what you’re asking of them. Their app is Just as useless, they say you can change your banking details there but that option doesn’t even work. I cannot wait for my contract to come to an end that I can rather join another network provider that I know responds to its customers.
I submitted a ***** case with my Bank where a Capitec account was involved as the *****ulent party. I’ve been waiting for over a month now for a response from Capitec to inform my bank if there are funds in the account. This amount of time is absolutely inexcusable to just simply let my bank know if the funds are recoverable. Honestly don’t take Capitec seriously as a bank and would never take an account with them just through through their slow service.
Logged a ***** case with discovery on the 25th of February. I was told the turn around time is 7-14 days. I’m now a whole month into this and they keep on telling me they’re awaiting feedback from the bank the money went into. Every time I follow up, I just get told my investigator is going to contact me and she doesn’t, then an agent will tell me they’re escalating the case but nothing comes from it. I’m honestly just frustrated from waiting. Is there seriously nothing more they can do as a bank???
