Denton Henning ****!!!
I moved out of my property October 2023, It is now September 2024 and still no deposit refund! I am seriously disgusted by Denton he ignores my phone calls and doesn't even bother reading my messages!

Denton and Helen Henning are ****mers!!!
When are you going to return my deposit, it’s now the 24th of the month and everybody is ignoring my call, as well as messages from my mother. Agents have blocked me from calling, your office landline is engaged. Is this how you guys run a business??? I requested the municipal accounts as well as proof that my deposit was in an interest bearing account and you failed to even do that. I would never recommend people rent or even purchase property through this agency because this is just a ****!!

When are you going to return my deposit, it’s now the 24th of the month and everybody is ignoring my call, as well as messages from my mother. NON-PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
I rented a property from Harcourts Alpha from 1 Feb 2020 to May 2021. I vacated the property on 27 May 2021. On the 28th the exit inspection was done and I was advised that everything went well and that it has been handed over to the Office Manager for finalising. Two weeks went by and I haven't heard anything from them so I decided to contact Denton Henning (Office Manager) on the 14th and was promised everything would be finalised by the 16th. Another two weeks later I decided to email him again requesting feedback, yet again my effort have been to no avail. I have not received my deposit and haven't heard anything from Harcourts. I always paid my rent on time and looked after the property I was renting, and left it in a good condition. Why are you not communicating with me as It clearly states in my contract with you that refunds should be done within 14 days of vacating a property. Dealing with you has left a BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH and I will NOT recommend doing business with you.

I’m honestly so shocked that a rental agency can deliver such poor service. I’ve been renting through Harcourts Alpha now for 18 months. I haven’t received a monthly rental statement now for 4 months. There has been repairs needed to be done - only empty promises from Denton and his staff. Denton doesn’t answer calls/messages nor reply to any emails. Such unprofessional service. I will never recommend this company to any person - I’ll make sure to avoid this company.

Non service from Harcourts alpha rentals
I signed up witgHarcourts alpha rentals Newton Park to manage my property the never got told me my property was damages by the tenant they have ignored my finial letter of demand to fix my property and to pay the tenants deposit to the new letting agent.what can I do they took there fees and done nothing for me and ignore finial letters of demand what can I now do please help.
