Non service from Harcourts alpha rentals

I signed up witgHarcourts alpha rentals Newton Park to manage my property the never got told me my property was damages by the tenant they have ignored my finial letter of demand to fix my property and to pay the tenants deposit to the new letting agent.what can I do they took there fees and done nothing for me and ignore finial letters of demand what can I now do please help.
