I’m honestly so shocked that a rental agency can deliver such poor service. I’ve been renting through Harcourts Alpha now for 18 months. I haven’t received a monthly rental statement now for 4 months. There has been repairs needed to be done - only empty promises from Denton and his staff.

Denton doesn’t answer calls/messages nor reply to any emails. Such unprofessional service.

I will never recommend this company to any person - I’ll make sure to avoid this company.
