I have been with ea games for many years and have purchased many games from their platform. Due to personal circumstances I did not use the platform for quite some time, and when I decided to use it again I discovered that I have forgotten my login details ect, so I logged a support ticket with them, and and after answering all their questions to best of my ability they refuse to help me recover my account, and this is frustrating, due to the fact that I have spent money on games I can no longer access, and if I want to play those online games I will have to create another account with them and buy those games AGAIN.... I am not impressed by their inability or unwillingness to help me
