DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS BUSINESS!!!

The guy is unreliable. On 8th August 2024 I received a quote from them with a promise that if I paid a 70% deposit, they would deliver and install the aluminum windows and door within 3 days. I accepted the quote, made the deposit and sent him the measurements. He also called to say that he will come to take the measurements himself to confirm before manufacturing. He never came to take the measurements, first citing car problems as the reason for the delay, and then later ignoring our calls altogether. After 8 days, he still hasn't come to us, doesn't take our calls, doesn't respond to our messages, it's just pure silence. Through the messages we've sent him, we have asked that he refunds us as he failed to deliver. Our project is now at a standstill, as builders are waiting to proceed but cannot without those things. He doesn't say anything, doesn't respond to us, and from where we are standing, HE ****MED US AND RAN AWAY WITH OUR MONEY! Very appalling!!!
