Hi Hellopeter my name is Victor,i need help with the issue of Bad customer service experinced at Eagle Canyon Supperspar,on this day of Saturday 18th of April 2020 me and my wife we visited the Spar store to buy groceries and there was one item which the price on the shelf was R45,99 and when we got to the cashier, the lady scanned the items and this specific one scanned R49,99 instate of R45,99 and the cashier went and call the supervisor to address the situation,when the superviser arrived i have advised her that this issue is always happening when i visit your store and no one fixed the system,the lady aggresively answered me with bad attitude advising me report the issue to management she is just a scanner she does'nt fix prices and i have responded to her and advising her that i always complain about this price hiking and no one has never call the manager for me(she said is because am complaining to them and not to the store manager because i am scared of white people),then she said to me i musnt talk to her because am abusing her "she made an alegations that i am used to abusing my wife i can not abuse her.
Please help i need this lady to provide the proof of her alegations,because i am a male i cannot complain of any bad customer service experienced from her store addressing to her because she is a female.
I need this to be addressed with the store manager and be resolved.
