Eagle Canyon Superspar in Randpark Ridge is a fantastic shop to shop at. Genevieve the manager works extremely hard and the shelves are always filled to the brim and if you can’t find what you are looking for, she will order it....BUT, there is no sanitiser at the tills that you can use after doing a transaction...I asked the cashier if I can have some sanitizer, she just bluntly refused....???? Is it like this at all Spars?

Horrible service I would like to write about the horrible service I received from Spa Eagle Canyon. I went the to buy as I normally do but to my surprise I was told they do not have money what bull**** is that?????????????? Spa big as it is and the stupid black manager did not even seem like she wanted to assist me they act as if we asking this money from their stupid pockets I’m really disgusted by their pathetic service o bet those stupid retards would have attended to this had it been a different race nxa I will post this everyday till cashier realize that when we ask for cash back it’s not their money it’s ours for Gods sake. I really thought this spa had class and looks after its own but I was wrong

I'm confused, yesterday I received an sms about a combo special that runs from 4-6 May 2020. Today 5th May 2020 I went in after work at about 3:20 I asked two wonderful gentle about the special, one went to enquire from " the manager". On his return I was told the manager said they were out of stock. I went to findout how possible it is that a special that started yesterday suddenly they are out of stock. He told me they were out of maize, I told him that's absurd. I dont get this..this sounds like falls adverti*****t, this is not the first time it's happened. I'm not impressed at all on top of that to be told, when they receive stock it will depend on whether they buy the product at the same price as when it was bought " utter rubbish ". I do not have time nor patience for nonsense like this, nextweek I have to go back to check whether they have stock and see if "he's " in the {(mood) not his words but mine but that's the impression I got}of selling it to me at 4-6th May price. Who's time and petrol am I using...

Hi Hellopeter my name is Victor,i need help with the issue of Bad customer service experinced at Eagle Canyon Supperspar,on this day of Saturday 18th of April 2020 me and my wife we visited the Spar store to buy groceries and there was one item which the price on the shelf was R45,99 and when we got to the cashier, the lady scanned the items and this specific one scanned R49,99 instate of R45,99 and the cashier went and call the supervisor to address the situation,when the superviser arrived i have advised her that this issue is always happening when i visit your store and no one fixed the system,the lady aggresively answered me with bad attitude advising me report the issue to management she is just a scanner she does'nt fix prices and i have responded to her and advising her that i always complain about this price hiking and no one has never call the manager for me(she said is because am complaining to them and not to the store manager because i am scared of white people),then she said to me i musnt talk to her because am abusing her "she made an alegations that i am used to abusing my wife i can not abuse her. Please help i need this lady to provide the proof of her alegations,because i am a male i cannot complain of any bad customer service experienced from her store addressing to her because she is a female. I need this to be addressed with the store manager and be resolved.
