The worst decision, I've ever made this year and that has cost me my child's broken spirit and caused her to doubt herself and me money I'm working hard for as a single parent. We had load shedding for days our WiFi, MiFi, laptop died and she had a paper to write on Wednesday. Mind you she studied with a candle stayed up till late preparing for the paper hoping and praying that the power will be restored by morning and she can sit for her paper. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Our roads were blocked we couldn't even leave the area as they were burning tyres. Sadly, the electricity was only restored on Thursday at about 2 am. She sent a message to the "Support Coach" as if they are supporting the kids nor care, she was told I as her guardian needs to send an email which I subsequently did. Guess what it was denied, I sent a second email with proof of road closures and the etv screenshot. Do you think they care, nope not even a response. My child is in tears, she doesn't understand why is she being punished for something she had no control of nor her fault. To anyone who is thinking of sending their child to UCT don't take your child there. They DON'T CARE at all. I'm fed up..I wish the year was over so that I can take my child out, I bet they are going to fail her she's going to repeat a grade because they DON'T CARE.
I had a trial for Open Serve which expired on the 21 December 2024. I went to the shop Northgate to set up a debit order and to activate the service. Eventually on Sunday she loaded the debit order and I was told that it will work today 23 December 2024. When I went to remind her Amanda Kotelo she told me that I'll have to wait for the technicians as she doesn't have their details. What ****ed me off is that when I did the laptop contact she was or rather looked interested but now it seems as if she doesn't care. I need the service to be connected as I have things that I need to do when I get home. When I called the contact centre the person who was assisting me he made me feel like I'm stupid, he was condescending. I dispice it when people do that. I was with Vuma which did not take years to deliver service, I know Telkom doesn't care, they have a lot of clients ," who am I" . All I need is for the service to be connected.
Just the other day, I reported Netstar for ******ing money from me for a service that was long cancelled. Today they sent an sms to my mother who has never nor driven a car. They've sent her a message of demand to pay AGAIN R499.00 which is what they were demanding from me. What the hell is wrong with this company. This calls for legal action, I'm sick and tired of their shenanigans.
I am so furious with Netstar, I cancelled their service in March 2023. They said I owe them money which I subsequently paid twice and sent a cancellation email. I have received numerous correspondence threatening me, this month I dealt with a Kamogelo who told me that the cancellation is with their legal department but guess what I have received not one but two mails threatening me of an unpaid bill. Can some please tell me how can I get rid of this horrible company behind my back. I have worked very hard to have my name tarnished by people who do not want to accept that I don't need their services. Regards,
I live in Meadowlands, Zone5 at Ngema Street. Our sewage pipe💩 has been running for the past 5 days, when the community went to report the issue they were told that the people were on leave as the schools are also closed. When they went to the counselors house they were told by his mother to come see him at 6 am. What the hell is all that, come election time all the rats will be flocking here looking for votes. To hell with all of them. This is unhealthy and sicking to hear and see everyday.
I went to return a onenzie that was small for my daughter, when I got there, there was already one lady standing in front of me. She was called, then suddenly there were other people forming a queue on the other side. When Charity Se Linda was done, she called someone else from the newly formed queue, I pointed out that I've been standing here. She them told me dismissively that the queue is on the other side, I explained to her that how is it that the previous client was called from where I was standing then suddenly I'm being told that the queue's somewhere else. The gentleman standing next to her said the next sales person will assist me, which he did. When I was leaving I pointed out that there needs to be a sign pointing queue here, as soon as I turned to walkaway she then said " Ngingenaphi mina lapho" meaning" where do I fit in".I blow my top and went back to request for name and surname. I will not be disrespected like that, I work in a service industry I give my all to my clients as I know I rely on them to put food on my table. I love the quality of PNP clothing and was so excited to see that the store has been reopened but she killed all the excitement I had. I will not suggest much at this present moment as I'm still seething with anger😡😡😡😡
My 10 year old has been looking forward to receiving a Google Play card since she passed and after battling a life threatening disease. I gifted her the card on the 25th December, the excitement on her face was priceless but to her disappointment when she loaded the card it had a zero balance. Me being me I said I'll go back to the store which I did, the lady was very helpful however I was told that a guy from google will assist and the issue will be resolved. She (daughter) used the link she was sent but to no avail. Today's the 2nd of the New Year and my child's happiness is gone and the disappointment in her face is painful. All I want is my money back in order for me to gi to another service provider .
Now this is what I call FALSE ADVERTISING from Mweb (Vuma). According to the offer one pays R19 for the first month, second month prorata( depending on how much one has spent and date of signup) and 3rd month one pays the full amount of R399. I made payment Saturday 16th July..line installed 19th July today 21st July I've been threatened that my line will be suspended due to non payment because I selected 21th to be the debit date😳. When I called I was told that I need to make payment or services will be terminated. I was even put through to cancellations as I was ****ed and still am. Yesterday I went and canceled my previous service provider, thank God I still had data with them. Now I'm currently using it and have disconnected VUMA(Mweb). People be careful of companies like this. Fortunately for me I ALWAYS block my cards for online until I want to open and use it. Lessin learned😳
