Tevo Stay away from thwm
Never buy anything from Tevo online. I bought a Bennett Read Electric Blanket King Size online. Within 2 weeks the one side stopped working. It was a process to find any after sales info online. Eventually I found an e-mail address and I was told to take it to my nearest Tevo branch for an exchange with no luck. I was told that I should take it back home and a courier will come and collect the Non-working blanket and do deliver a new one…. Well I’m still waiting after lots of e-mails between me and Sondile at the “customer care” e-mail address I am absolutely never ever again buying anything from Tevo. This is an on going saga. And lastly they have all my past transactions on record… I have bought a couple of things from them in the past NEVER AGAIN

Sanitizing
Eagle Canyon Superspar in Randpark Ridge is a fantastic shop to shop at. Genevieve the manager works extremely hard and the shelves are always filled to the brim and if you can’t find what you are looking for, she will order it....BUT, there is no sanitiser at the tills that you can use after doing a transaction...I asked the cashier if I can have some sanitizer, she just bluntly refused....???? Is it like this at all Spars?

Mondial and Russel Hobbs fitted Electrical Blankets
I love to shop at Dischem, and I’m not complaining about them at all... my complaint is with the product Mondial Electrical Blankets. They only last 6 months as the electical cords pack up. I buy King Size which means there’s cords on bothsides of the blanket. They dont pack up simultaneously, so you sit with one side working and nit the other. Sadthing is I have already exhanged 2 of them. Unfortunately my latest Mondial fitted electrical blanket is out of Guarentee and warranty now... so this means I have to buy yet another electric blanket within less than 1 season. I also had the same experience with Russel Hobbs that I bought from Makro.
