I recently bought a pair of shorts by them and it was tron with in 2 weeks of wearing it

I recently bought a pair of shorts by them and it was tron with in 2 weeks of wearing it. I was in hospital also over this time period and when I got a chance to go back and exchange it then they said they will not exchange it. This is very poor service I am with in the 30 days exchange. This is the Kimberley branch at Northern Cape Mall
