I purchased three items planned to be part of gifts on 30 November 2025. I received a tracking number on 1 December 2025. I have yet to receive the items and the courier company advised (on two different dates) that the parcel was never handed over to them. Repeated follow-ups via email do not receive responses and their phone number was apparently experiencing issues when I called in early December. In the meantime, I am without the money that I paid or any goods to show for it.

Great service! Quick delivery, great quality, well packed. Unfortunately had returns as size was too big, but that was well handled.

Bought shoes at the George branch in February which did not last and took it back to be exchanged, waited for weeks and I took a brown pair which I do not like and 2 months later the shoes broke again. I asked for a refund so that I can purchase shoes elswhere and they just will not refund, answer to me is that it could take weeks before I get a new pair which is not acceptable to me. Now I am sitting without shoes again and nobody is willing to refund and they cant indicate when I will get a new pair. Really not happy with this service. The previous time they were willing to refund and now they are not willing to refund and I must wait for weeks or so for the new shoes. Will not support them again. Purchase shoes at another place please. Very very unhappy at this stage. They will not even get the manager on the line for me to discuss it with him or her. Sorry, but you lost a customer that supported you for a long time and you decided to leave me high and dry with no aswer or solution, only that I have to wait for whenever it will arrive (weeks or so), not the answer or solution I was looking for.

Bought a puffer jacket online for my wife. Arrived with factory defect of stitching coming loose on the sleeve. Returned it via courier wanting an exchange. This was done on Tuesday and I still don’t have the replacement! No one answers emails! This is the worst customer service and longest return time I have ever experienced- especially because they sent a defective item!

Excellent service received via their online store. Shipped super fast via The Courier Guy and everything arrived in perfect condition and sizes were exactly as ordered. I was a bit wary after seeing all the negative reviews, but my own experience has been great so I will definitely order from them again, I'll just stick to online purchases.

I recently bought a pair of shorts by them and it was tron with in 2 weeks of wearing it. I was in hospital also over this time period and when I got a chance to go back and exchange it then they said they will not exchange it. This is very poor service I am with in the 30 days exchange. This is the Kimberley branch at Northern Cape Mall

I had been in contact with there online store. I was told to go through to head office Boksburg and try them on an produce my discount coupon aswell as online price. After doing what was suggested now the went back on there word. On price and no discount and now I must pay courrier fees.
