I called the Welkom Branch and Carol was so kind and patient with me. helping solve my problem and going way over and beyond to help my Mother in Welkom. Carol was really amazing.
There is a time delay if you pay yourself at night, and FNB has acknowledged it. They are willing to reverse the charges. Yet FNB insurance is not accepting anything and is blaming Me the customer. I have sent proof and I cannot speak to any senior person. They are too important to talk to me. Why does FNB management not want to chat? Why are they always busy?
After putting in a request 6 months ago for Noetel to move my line to the new location ( please note this has still not happened), i start receiving phone calls about the outstanding amount. I have asked for invoices, statements and for someone to get back to me. Still waiting!<br> I went through to the customer center and dealt with a service consultant who was unable to change anything or put me in contact with anyone who can help me sort out the issue. Instead just showed me how they have no record of the call i made and made out that i was at fault for not running after them and begging them for the invoices or service. <br> Three weeks later after the lady logged the call again for the line to be moved and promised that i would be contacted within 48 hours from the technician for the line to be installed at the new address and call logged for the interest on account as i have never received an invoice or i have been unable to use their service based on the above.All i have received is one rude phone call from a lady in accounts telling me it is not their responsibility to ensure the invoices get to me, that it is actually mine. and that she will investigate the call made 6 months ag0
