It is with regret that I am writing this to you to inform you about how I was treated and insulted today at 6:40 am by a Manager Named Renia Twala. Apologies if I have the name wrong
I got to the Acsa gate around 6:40am for a 7am shift, produced my access card as per normal, while about to drive in. Twala Stops me and asks me to give him a code. I politely respond and ask him what code? His response was: 'I stopped you before, and 'Waphapha and didn't listen to me
As shocked as I was, I asked him again to repeat what he said to me and asked him Why he was insulting me. He arrogantly responded and said 'Angikhulumi Isgrigambha sisi, i am Swati and your heard what I said to you
As emotional as I was, I responded an told him I don't have code and highlighted that I was off for 2days and didn't know what code he was asking me for. Arrogantly, he said dlula sisi and I proceeded and before entering the Premises, I break down and cry and spoke to 2 ladies who were by the gate and explained what had just happened. They apologized and I asked them who the manager was, so I can report this incident!
The ladies then responded and said 'He is the Manager"! Oooh, Because he is the manager, does it give him the right to treat people like this? Is this because he is a manager?, So while I was still parked there One of the Security guys comes to me and calms me down and asks me to park after the gate. This polite gentleman tries to calm me down, and tells me not to let him get to me. While explaining my incident, Twala comes to my car and bluntly calls me a liar, shouts at me, raises his voice.
I then asked would I be so emotional if he did nothing to me? would I honestly waste my time arguing about nothing? At what point was it necessary for him to even make a remark and say I don't speak "Sgrigambha(Foreign language) you heard what I said? or was I also lying about that?
I am disgusted about this, the mere fact that this man is a Manager?, He emotionally abused me, humiliated me Infront of people. Deformation of Character. Instead of apologizing, he says I can report him. He will never apologies!
I need this matter to be investigated and dealt with accordingly before I take this matter Further
