Such a big company, but no portal to request/log a return. And when you do, no response whatsoever, I am NEVER EVER purchasing anything from Steve Madden. The service is pathetic
I escalated my complaint with Ronald Ximba on the 30th July, matter was passed on to a guy called Seegrasie(Cefas Acsa) who only responded on the 14th August after i did a follow up with him. He acknowledged my complaint and said he was dealing with the matter and that he will set up an appointment to view footage. And that was on the 14th August. On the 23rd August, he whatsapped me to tell me that he managed to set up an appointment to view footage on the 23rd Aug and asked me my car registration. I gave him my car registration. Till to date, i hsve not received any feedback what so ever. I texted him in 3 occasions and he keeps ignoring my text. Can this matter be resolved until i take this on social media platforms

Apologies if I have the name wrong I got to the Acsa gate around 6:40am for a 7am shift, produced my access card as per normal, while about to drive in. Twala Stops me and asks me to give him a code. I politely respond and ask him what code? His response was: 'I stopped you before, and 'Waphapha and didn't listen to me As shocked as I was, I asked him again to repeat what he said to me and asked him Why he was insulting me. He arrogantly responded and said 'Angikhulumi Isgrigambha sisi, i am Swati and your heard what I said to you As emotional as I was, I responded an told him I don't have code and highlighted that I was off for 2days and didn't know what code he was asking me for. Arrogantly, he said dlula sisi and I proceeded and before entering the Premises, I break down and cry and spoke to 2 ladies who were by the gate and explained what had just happened. They apologized and I asked them who the manager was, so I can report this incident! The ladies then responded and said 'He is the Manager"! Oooh, Because he is the manager, does it give him the right to treat people like this? Is this because he is a manager?, So while I was still parked there One of the Security guys comes to me and calms me down and asks me to park after the gate. This polite gentleman tries to calm me down, and tells me not to let him get to me. While explaining my incident, Twala comes to my car and bluntly calls me a liar, shouts at me, raises his voice. I then asked would I be so emotional if he did nothing to me? would I honestly waste my time arguing about nothing? At what point was it necessary for him to even make a remark and say I don't speak "Sgrigambha(Foreign language) you heard what I said? or was I also lying about that? I am disgusted about this, the mere fact that this man is a Manager?, He emotionally abused me, humiliated me Infront of people. Deformation of Character. Instead of apologizing, he says I can report him. He will never apologies! I need this matter to be investigated and dealt with accordingly before I take this matter Further Regards Sannah
To Whom It May Concern On the 15th July I decided to drive to Birch Acres mall with my daughter to purchase a Galaxy A13 for my Younger Daughter at your store. I got there and was assisted by a gentleman by the name Tiketso Maine, whom advised me I cannot purchase a cell phone with a driver's license, when I asked what the reason was, he couldn't provide me with the valid reason. I then asked what the operating hours where, because I was desperately needing to buy the phone as I promised my daughter. He advised me that the store closes/operates until 18:00. I called my Helper from home and asked her to bring the ID. Upon getting the required ID I returned to the store at exactly 17:40 to find the doors closed. I spoke to one of the Security Lady By the name of Anathi and she told me that the shop closes at 18:00 but they were not allowing anyone else into the store. I explained my current situation and she acknowledged that she saw me earlier in store but unfortunately couldn't assist me. After 5min into the conversation the above gentleman came and asked me “Sisi why didn't you ask me to put your phone aside for you?” I asked him, wasn't he the one who advised me that the operating hours were till 18:00 therefore giving me enough time to get the requested ID. Rudely he got frustrated and started pointing out other nearby stores and asked me rudely, “Wena, can't you see that the other stores were closed?” I responded and asked him what other stores had to do with my current situation and if all stores are managed by your store as well. He gave me an attitude, by that point the security lady Anathi had already called the store manager, by the name Dikeledi Makinta who also got there stared at me abruptly without greeting me and shrugged her shoulders. Being myself, I had to actually greet her first, and she asked me how she can help me. I had to again explain myself to her, and all she could say was, she was sorry about the Misinformation that I was provided and there was absolutely nothing she could help me with as the lady that deals with cellphone purchases had already knocked off at 17:30, but to my surprise I was at the store earlier at 17:00 and the guy who was working at the teller was the one who came to assist me. Where was the lady who was assigned to help customers by the cellphone portal initially? I am loss of words, i am very irate, and disappointed by the services rendered. This was the most Pathetic service I have ever received, and to come think I am one of your loyal customers but the service I received was Shocking! What is the point of operating hours displayed on your display windows if services will be limited if not at all offered 20mins before closure? I need management to look into this, I need an explanation and a Formal apology in writing. Dissatisfied Customer Sannah
