I would like to mention a incident that happened to me a few minutes OK one of the staff busses reg fk45jkgp ran a red robot at a busy intersection almost causing a massive accident and then the staff have the nerve to swaer at me calling me all bad names threatening me. I really feard that they will attack me cause they almost caused a major accident

I've experienced the worst possible humiliation from Eagle Eye Security this morning 14 November 2022 at OR TAMBO's section. I parked my vehicle behind one of their vans for safety reasons and went to get advice at the main gate from one of the personnel. As I'm talking to one of the security agents, 2 security agents clamp my vehicle and demand that I pay R2000 cash at the airport's parking office. I try to contact 1 manager called Alicia who rudely hangs up the phone when I mentioned that there are no warning signs where I parked my vehicle and another manager called Lindiwe who tells me that I can take the legal route if needed and that there are warning signs where I parked. I was forced to pay the R2000 but I will not rest till this matter is resolved.

FRAUD,FRAUD,FRAUD!!!! Found out they have been doing an unathorised debit order for over 8 months, through netcash. Asked my bank to stop the debit order and opened a case against them. PLEASE BE WARNED!!! FRAUDSTERS!!! THUGS!!!

I escalated my complaint with Ronald Ximba on the 30th July, matter was passed on to a guy called Seegrasie(Cefas Acsa) who only responded on the 14th August after i did a follow up with him. He acknowledged my complaint and said he was dealing with the matter and that he will set up an appointment to view footage. And that was on the 14th August. On the 23rd August, he whatsapped me to tell me that he managed to set up an appointment to view footage on the 23rd Aug and asked me my car registration. I gave him my car registration. Till to date, i hsve not received any feedback what so ever. I texted him in 3 occasions and he keeps ignoring my text. Can this matter be resolved until i take this on social media platforms

I had the most unfortunate experience with one of your security staff at Counter One (11:30) OT International. He was rude and abrasive. I told him that I found it strange that 4 days ago - the same suitcase with same contents was 100% fine when checked He checked my bag and toiletries bag twice and found nothing. And when I tried to open zip for him he told me to stop and asked sarcastically whether I was doing the search or whether he was. Is asked about wearing gloves when he was digging through my clothing - he told me he had sanitised. At end of process he stated that it was a random check. Which I understand it’s for everyone’s safely. His attitude and tone was unacceptable and when I asked for his name - he refused to give it to me and proceeded to deal with other passengers. When I asked again - he said that he was busy with clients. I had to ask his supervisor for his name. If he felt that the manner in which he dealt with me was correct, he would’ve given his name freely. He gave his Name Masango to his supervisory and I took a photo of him. What an unacceptable manner in which passengers have to start their trip (business or otherwise). In this time when all is so tumultuous - surely we should treat each other with kindness and respect.

This company has been debiting my banking account without my authorization. Called Netcash to try get to the bottom of who the company is and I was provided with a number 032 551 5234 which goes straight to voice-mail. The bank on the other hand requires that I cancel the debit with the said company, completely frustrating.

I would like to share my disgusted experience with this company... in February these guys came and install cameras on my premises which cost me a arm and leg he was suppose to connect my cameras to my tv which he couldn't he told after a while that I must buy n new tv. He never came back to resolve that problem. Since 2 weeks back I had a problem with my front camera. They only came and reseal the camera where they were supposed the change the camera. Since then it's still working how it should. I've send Jp numerous WhatsApp messages where he don't have the guts to answer me back. He was suppose to came and replace the camera on Wednesday the 28th of March he did not show and still not answer any phone calls or any WhatsApp message. He told me that he would replace the camera which he never did. And he told me that I have a 2 year guarantee on the system because I told him that he must come and take it all of. I'm truly disgusted on the way how people treat you after the work is done and they receive payment. I will never do any kind business with these company ever again. The owner is Jp Strecker.
