Unauthorized Debit Order

This company has been debiting my banking account without my authorization.

Called Netcash to try get to the bottom of who the company is and I was provided with a number 032 551 5234 which goes straight to voice-mail.

The bank on the other hand requires that I cancel the debit with the said company, completely frustrating.
