Is this real security?

The security personnel at OR Tambo waiting areas seem to all have different work ethics. I saw 1 male security officer doing his work with integrity - walking amount g waiting passengers and being a visible presence. Well done. Another male and female nit 10m from each other, however, were lounging on the chairs, staring at their cell phone screens. Both were facing towards the windows and away from the thoroughfare, so would have absolutely no chance of spotting anything suspicious. In fact, the male was lying over 4 seats, resting in his elbow. I took a photo with both if them but I see no way to load it to this platform. What a pity. Both Eagle Eye Security and by proxy OR Tambo Airport, are not getting g value for money. Where are the supervisors to check on these workers?
