Rude Security Supervisor

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your female officers/"supervisors" at counter 5 of domestic departures at O R Tambo. I asked the person helping 3 times as to why my hand luggage was still in the x ray machine with zero response. (The machine was stopped) This "supervisor" started to ***** at me that I am being difficult in expecting an answer. I eventually told her to stop speaking to me as expecting service in the form of an answer to my question is not rude. She refused to give me her name and covered up her access card so I could not see it.

Shocking attitude and definitely not an asset to our country in dealing with tourists.
