I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your female officers/"supervisors" at counter 5 of domestic departures at O R Tambo. I asked the person helping 3 times as to why my hand luggage was still in the x ray machine with zero response. (The machine was stopped) This "supervisor" started to ***** at me that I am being difficult in expecting an answer. I eventually told her to stop speaking to me as expecting service in the form of an answer to my question is not rude. She refused to give me her name and covered up her access card so I could not see it. Shocking attitude and definitely not an asset to our country in dealing with tourists. 11 Aug 10h00
I was going to sell my house and applied for bond cancelation which was confirmed. Have decided not to cancel my bond and have been trying for over 3 weeks to get a response. Still a USELESS bank - I moved my accounts from Std Useless due to their inability to function 8 years ago. Nothing has changed. Next step is lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman

The Travel Bank never works! I have been trying for over a month. Can't login, can't reset password (if you are lucky enough to actually receive the reset password link, you get it about 16 hours after request when it already expired). Don't get an error when to trying to login (Personally, I would fire your site developer for shoddy work). Problem: I have credit from last year during lockdown. I used a portion of this credit to book flights in August and Kulua took an extended holiday. I had to repay for my flights with a reliable airline. They credited me back the cancelled flights and can't be bothered to extend the life of the credits. Now I am trying to sell them so that I don't lose over R6000 due to Kulula's incompetence, dodgy website etc and I can't. I suggest you fix it or I will have to take this to the Small Claims Court to recover MY money that you insist on expiring. I can't complain on their website as I don't have flight booking number. Even SAA isn't this ****TY
Taking away the MedXpress call centre has created a nightmare. The stupid bot can't help and now I must hang on the line for an hour to get cut off. USELESS
Over the past 6 months I have been unable to transfer additional funds from another bank into my bond account. This is RIDICULOUS! WEBSITE IS NO HELP! GOING TO MOVE MY BOND TO A BANK THAT AT LEAST GIVES A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! COST OF MOVING WILL BE WORTH IT TO AVOID DEALING WITH IDIOTS!
Absolutely useless! Cannot get them on the phone - phones don't work properly so when you eventually get throught to a rep - they can't hear you. Have wasted 1 hr of my time on hold listening to that stupid voice saying "Thank you for your patience" in that fake american twang! Please justify the price of your medical aid - R900 increase since last year for the Cobalt plan - Discovery Executive Plan (Top Plan) - R4 906 pm. Health Squared Cobalt - R6 829 pm (so-called Top Plan) Consultant on the phone (3rd one) - doesn't know product, can't answer questions. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
My mom is unfortunately a member of this useless so called "medical aid". She applied and received authorisation from Spectramed for injections into her eye. They won't pay (after the 3rd one) as there is no motivation? GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW! IF YOU WANT MOTIVATION ASK FOR IT UPFRONT - NOT AFTER THE FACT! DON'T EVER USE THIS MEDICAL AID - THEIR MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION IS MORE THAN DISCOVERY'S EXECUTIVE PLAN AND GIVES YOU LESS BENEFITS.
About 7 months ago I applied for a secondary card on my credit card. Card was delivered very efficiently, took copy of person's ID as well as scanned it. On 18 September I receive an email was received asking for a copy of this ID within 15 days or the card would be blocked. (Ref: ********** 0). I replied asking what happened to the copies when the card was delivered - no response 21 September I followed up - no response On 20 September I emailed my Private Banker - received automated response promising a response within 24 hours - seeing as there has been no response, I can only assume that the 24 hours is spread out over 6 months. What is going on with FNB? Up until 1 year ago I was raving to everyone about how wonderful this bank is etc. Why do I have to resort to Hellopeter to get anything done. All I want is a response to my original query - is that so hard?????
How do I disable voicemail on the network? It was supposed to have been done years ago but since I got my new phone, I get voicemails. Tried disabling Call forwarding BUT "Operator does not allow" message comes up./ Tried phone 808 - tried to go through to technical but the only menu options are for email and internet. WTH??
