Eagle Liner busses poor service in Limpopo that pause danger to life

I bought a ticket for the bus supposed to departure at 01:00. N1 Highway, North Bound Limpopo. I was there from 00:30 to 03:00 The bus never came.😭 I need my refund back R750,00. I had to travel mid night unnecessarily, I wanted a lot of money to reach there. I nearly lost my life in that weather condition standing outside. Eagle liner should stop this because it is contributing to the gender based violence when the female have to travel late for nothing
