I have given my Epson printer over a year ago. They went ahead fixing it without my consent as I could purchase another one for a additional amount. The printer came back, not fixed, they collected it, still not fixed, not once did they call me, I did all the follow up with Gus. I still don't have my printer and paid up already. I sent the printer with full ink, when it was sent back the first time, half ink. Absolutely no feedback and promise to come back to you. Shocking service.

My office printer was collected by Eagle Office Machines on 17th November 2020 for a free quote. They quoted and I asked them to go ahead with the repairs and was told that would take three days. I have been given the run around back and forth that there was no fuser unit and that my machine is with Samsung and not working. Then it was collected and going to be delivered back to me and all of a sudden it was not working and it went back to Samsung. To this day (19 February 2021), after I have paid them, I have STILL not received my printer back with NO concrete feedback from Gus whom is the Workshop Manager. Once I escalated to the owner (Tina), I still have no feedback and no printer.
