Worst experience ever - never received my order or a refund

I ordered in March 2020 a bed and two nightstands, after the end of lockdown they rescheduled three times the delivery and never sent an information about not showing up. Finally in August 2020 they delivered, but it was the wrong furniture!

When I wanted to cancel and get a refund, they told me that they already started to built a new bed and a week later I received pictures of the same bed just with other nightstands (still not the one I ordered). Since then they don't reply to emails oder messages!

My advice: Never order your furniture at Earth furniture!!
