BE WARNED!
Would also give a ZERO if I could... DO NOT trust Johann Van Zyl @ Earth Furniture, you will never see your furniture or deposit again. Johann is EXTREMELY rude, calls you names and will tell you he does not need your money but when you ask your deposit back, you will not receive it. Delivery date for our furniture was over 2 months ago, it is excuse after excuse... BE WARNED!

Johann is EXTREMELY rude, calls you names and will tell you he does not need your money but when you ask your deposit back, you will not receive it. Delivery date for our furniture was over 2 months ago, it is excuse after excuse... BE WARNED!

FRAUDSTER! Avoid at all costs!!!
Would give a ZERO of I could.... DO NOT and I repeat with fair warning, DO NOT use this company for custom furniture or in fact any furniture at all. You either do not get what you asked for, the quality is nothing close to what is advertised on the Facebook page. And that makes you lucky if you get your furniture delivered at all. Nevermind getting your deposit back! Johann van Zyl is a rude, dishonest fraudster and will take your deposit happily without any guarantee of delivery of goods. He has been reported to the South African Consumer Board and has several cases being opened with SAPS for fraud. Should you be a victim, please get in contact. Our case; We are into month 5 of receiving nothing after many a promised delivery date and too many far fetched excuses. After we asked when our furniture will be finished and if it will in fact look like what we asked for, we were told that "he doesn't need our money" and we must rather request our deposit back, which we did and to date nothing has happened. He is a liar and is full of excuses as to why he doesn't deliver. So to save yourself a headache and losing your hard earned money, rather just avoid Earth Furniture!!!

Earth Furniture is a Scam!
It is a scam! Johann van Zyl is a scam! He takes your whole deposit and never delivers! He made several promises but every single one was a lie. I've made a case of Fraud against him at the bank and SAPS! Be warned!

Poor service! Fraud! Theft under false pretenses They take your deposit and never deliver! Johann van Zyl makes empty promises with many excuses but he is unreliable! Don't ever do business with him! Stay away!

Worst experience ever - never received my order or a refund
I ordered in March 2020 a bed and two nightstands, after the end of lockdown they rescheduled three times the delivery and never sent an information about not showing up. Finally in August 2020 they delivered, but it was the wrong furniture! When I wanted to cancel and get a refund, they told me that they already started to built a new bed and a week later I received pictures of the same bed just with other nightstands (still not the one I ordered). Since then they don't reply to emails oder messages! My advice: Never order your furniture at Earth furniture!!
