Once you sign your home loan they disappear and your so called personal banker ignores your emails and doesn't answer his phone. Worst bank to deal with
I ordered and paid for compost, but after confirming my order the company told me they couldn’t deliver because it was “too far.” More than 10 days later, I still haven’t received a refund. Poor communication and no urgency to resolve the issue – very disappointing service.

**** Please dont take out any extended warranties from MAKROSURE. They never come out to repair and there is no service manager available
Discovery keeps advertising that you can use your miles on TakeAlot. This DOES NOT work , it keeps saying unsuccessful. Just another **** to get more clients.
Pathetic service. My debit order never went off a day late but once i canceled they refuse to refund me the last payment that went off as a debit order. It has been 24 days now and no response. I will have to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman
No clue about customer service. Taken more than than 3 weeks to order an LTE and still waiting. Then the delivery company phones to deliver the next day and never does and then when you ask why there is no delivery they tell you the order was wrong and you continue to wait. All of this after you already paid in advance
RAM couriers expect you to sit and wait for them from 8 to 5 as they couldnt be bothered to give you an estimate time. You cannot let anyone accept your package on your behalf as they only work on your actual ID which needs to be scanned. Wake up RAM no wonder you have the bottom feeders using your services
What a waste of time. i spend R10000 on a supplier to make furniture and he ran away with the money. I tracked him down and layed a complaint with the consumer commission as i wanted a refund or my products. They sent him a very nice letter to ask him to tell them why he hasnt paid me back. He laughed at them. They have zero say in any matter and cant do anything to assist the consumer. Another tax paying service that offers nothing. They closed the case .
Poor support and lack of bandwidth. You can phone and email as much as you like but you will get a response in 3weeks if you lucky. I got 100MB/s when i started and now 20mb/s if i am lucky Please dont waste your money on this fly by night ISP
