I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Water. The customer service is extremely poor and responses take a very long time. When you finally do get a reply, the staff often speak to you like your an idiot. They are very quick to take their payment every month, but when you decide to cancel because of the bad service, the problems start. Even after cancelling, my debit order still went through, and then I was told they would need to “decide” whether the money would be refunded. That is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. There are many other water suppliers out there who value their customers and provide much better service. Be careful before signing up and make sure you read everything clearly. I regret choosing Oasis Water and would advise others to look at alternative suppliers instead. ⚠️
Bought a reception table from Benson Carpentry and Furniture, when it arrived I was not happy with the finishing of the desk, as there was painting mistakes and was not very neatly done, but I left it there, it has been about a month since and the whole desk is cracking open. He makes promises to come and check and then just never shows up. He also said that I must bring the reception desk to him, it is his product that has a defect, why should I use my time and money to get the desk to him? Paid almost R6000 for this *******...
I will definitely be changing banks, really, my card was stopped on the 24th of February already because of a transaction I did not authorize. I was advised by the consultant that my card needs to be stopped. (which was not needed because another consultant told me that it will not solve the problem) it is the 12th of March, still no card and still no internet banking????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I have called Standard bank numerous times now and every time a different story and excuse after excuse... your consultants are useless and does not now how to solve a problem... I still do not have a card and yet again have to go through a weekend without access to MY money... Really... Just sort out the darn problem, I am fed up... I will be going to another bank... Standard bank anyway has a lot of hidden cost, daylight robbery... Really can not believe you treat a client like this... Useless...
Would also give a ZERO if I could... DO NOT trust Johann Van Zyl @ Earth Furniture, you will never see your furniture or deposit again. Johann is EXTREMELY rude, calls you names and will tell you he does not need your money but when you ask your deposit back, you will not receive it. Delivery date for our furniture was over 2 months ago, it is excuse after excuse... BE WARNED!
