Happy with the customer service I received from earthy candles and cosmetics will be visiting their store again for my second event Thank you for the quality candles at affordable prices

This company is an absolute ****. I ordered candles in september to be delivered by 10 January and paid immediately including courier. I communicated numerous times to confirm and was ensured all was well. On 12 Jan, no candles. When i asked the woman didn't even know what my order was. After weeks of back and forth, many broken promises, lies about deliveries and then being blocked and not getting any proper information, my wedding has come and gone and I have received nothing. She refuses to refund me, she never even tried to make and deliver my candles and she continuously **** throughout the whole process. This woman is a ****mer, plese do not waste your time and money on this business.

I placed three separate orders beginning on October 5th, making full payment for each. As of today (December 10th), two months later, the vast majority of my items have not been received. ❌ The Critical Wedding Order Failure: My largest and most crucial order was for a wedding, which included 30 candles. I eventually received a partial shipment of only 9 candles, and one of those was damaged. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an event-based order. 💸 Begging for My Products or My Money: For two months, I have been begging and pleading with this company to either ship the products I paid for or issue a full refund. The communication has been nothing but a string of empty promises and delays. They take your money immediately but fail to deliver the goods. 📣 FINAL WARNING: If you are considering ordering from Earthy Candles and Cosmetics, especially for a special occasion like a wedding, PLEASE BE AWARE of the way they operate. They have shown zero respect for their customers' time or money. I am left without my products and without a refund. Do not risk your money or your event with this company.
