šØ WARNING: Two Months and Three Unfulfilled Orders ā A Wedding Disaster! šØ ABSOLUTELY AVOID Earthy Candles and Cosmetics ā Missing Orders, Empty Promises, Zero Refund Rating: ā (1 out of 5 stars) My experience with Earthy Candles and Cosmetics has been an absolute nightmare and I feel compelled to warn others. I placed three separate orders beginning on October 5th, making full payment for each. As of today (December 10th), two months later, the vast majority of my items have not been received. ā The Critical Wedding Order Failure: My largest and most crucial order was for a wedding, which included 30 candles. I eventually received a partial shipment of only 9 candles, and one of those was damaged. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an event-based order. šø Begging for My Products or My Money: For two months, I have been begging and pleading with this company to either ship the products I paid for or issue a full refund. The communication has been nothing but a string of empty promises and delays. They take your money immediately but fail to deliver the goods. š£ FINAL WARNING: If you are considering ordering from Earthy Candles and Cosmetics, especially for a special occasion like a wedding, PLEASE BE AWARE of the way they operate. They have shown zero respect for their customers' time or money. I am left without my products and without a refund. Do not risk your money or your event with this company.
