Ignoring customer complaints.

As posted on this company's website, I wrote: I have just opened a recently purchased Garbie Black Refuse Bags 20's. Most of the bags have holes in & are unusable. I no longer have my receipt of purchase from Checkers Village Mall, Hertbee****rt. This is not a good advert for your products as I am a limited income pensioner who cannot afford to replace sub-standard goods. To date, I have received no reply, thus assuming that they are totally disinterested in providing customer service.
