I was at their Hluleka branch for 2 days. When I got ready to leave at 06:45am the gates were still locked. After looking for someone who can help and calling the office for an hour, I saw water coming out the drain in some house. It turns out the manager stays the. I told her what happened and she gave me an unwelcome and response and told me I was wrong irregardless that their invoice states gate hour are from 06:00am to 18:00pm. Her attitude ruined my stay.
