The way I love KFC so much I somehow hoped for better but still this franchises service keeps deteriorating, it doesn't matter the time you go theee peak or not there's always items out of stock bur never displayed anywhere, worsw part is you get forced to take items you don't want to add on the cashiers threaten you with a bullying tone, this is really not right. First i waited 20 minutes to get my order when i had to collect am told they don't have an item i ordered and should take what they're offering me not leaving the bullying voice coz I felt like she wants to leave the till to beat me up . When I refused I was told they won't give me refund, the card koisks should refund me. The Patient me still waited another 30 minutes fighting for my refund. Despite repeatedly being told to email KFC to get my money. This ladies are really and that team needs customer service and communication training I promise.
