Blocked after trying to send a message to Eastgate on their website

Tried to sending the message below on the Eastgate site. It sends me a blocked message. "Do you have a mobile app to find shops around the mall?

There is not one active directory board and most shops don't even display their shop number. A nightmare to find the way around for first time visitors to the mall.

Really regressive in this day and age."

They even more useless than I first thought.
