Just a warning from our side as business owners to be very cautious before purchasing a vehicle from Easy Cars Strand.
We bought a Kia KB2500 with 28 000km on the clock four months ago. It was a 100% cash purchase. Motor Warranty and Service Plan till 100 000km included.
The vehicle was serviced by the dealership before we took ownership. Now, four months later, we have to service the vehicle and unfortunately due to the fact that Easy Cars Strand serviced the vehicle at a non Kia dealership, we just found out that the service plan and warranty is null and void.
Numerous phone calls to the sales agent and dealership later (and literally being refused to speak to the owner) as well as e -mails to the dealer principle, not a single response, phone call or email back.

My new car went in for its first service since I now own it, today, and I will be paying for it as the service plan expired due to Easy Cars Strand not keeping to warranty specifications.
No solutions, care, after sales service or the slightest sense of taking ownership of the situation from Easy Cars Strand.
The long road with an ombudsman now await us.
