Very bad experience! They told as everything was fine with the car. We bought a car fir R80000 and we didn't ride it for 2 months when the engin and everything stopping working. They told is the service would be free but we have to pay for the parts. We have spent so much money and still the car is not fixed! They lie about everything. Every time there is a new story. It's unacceptable! They want money but can't keep their word. It's been 4 months that the car isn't fixed! How can this be okay? WE WILL NOT LEAVE IT HERE!

I have bought a Polo 1.0 from Easycars via AC EXCLUSIVE AUTO in Cape Town which was accident damaged, not repaired via insurance and not registered as being in an accident. It was not disclosed as being accident repaired when purchased. I ended up trading the car in as it had a lot of issues which I wanted taken care of since I bought it which never happened. Trade in for the car was next to nothing because of the damage of the accident it was in. I am so disappointed that I ever bought the car there.

Absolutely terrible service from the start, I called and spoke with the Sales manager Rene, to ask to test drive a car, they asked me if I was sure I want to as they had to organize to have the car brought in because the owners daughter was currently driving it. When applying for finance they sent me the wrong contract multiple times with the wrong interest rate and purchase price. When I asked multiple times for the service books as it was advertised as full service history I was given various excuses until they told me there isn't a full service history and I should go look for another car somewhere else. I would strongly advise others to follow the advise they have given me and look elsewhere for your next car.

Easy Cars Durban is a scam.... They have a proper website. We got contact numbers from the website, contacted them only to. Find that we are being scammed. They wanted us to pay R15k to deliver the car we were interested in to us, we paid, the driver left Durban.... And the story kept changing, we were required to pay more money before the car was delivered, of which we refused...the driver started fighting with us n threatening to leave the car in welkom if we don't pay extra 40k....we didn't. Ooh and we went to confirm banking details that we paid in, the account number is a personal account not Easy Car.... They are scammers

Well done Easy Cars. Great service and professional help. What most people forget is you are NOT buying a new car. If you want to complain about everything go buy a new car. If you want a good second hand vehicle with excellent service - I highly recommend Easy Cars in Welkom.

Just a warning from our side as business owners to be very cautious before purchasing a vehicle from Easy Cars Strand. We bought a Kia KB2500 with 28 000km on the clock four months ago. It was a 100% cash purchase. Motor Warranty and Service Plan till 100 000km included. The vehicle was serviced by the dealership before we took ownership. Now, four months later, we have to service the vehicle and unfortunately due to the fact that Easy Cars Strand serviced the vehicle at a non Kia dealership, we just found out that the service plan and warranty is null and void. Numerous phone calls to the sales agent and dealership later (and literally being refused to speak to the owner) as well as e -mails to the dealer principle, not a single response, phone call or email back. Please feel free to check their Hello Peter ratings too. My new car went in for its first service since I now own it, today, and I will be paying for it as the service plan expired due to Easy Cars Strand not keeping to warranty specifications. No solutions, care, after sales service or the slightest sense of taking ownership of the situation from Easy Cars Strand. The long road with an ombudsman now await us. Have a good day and be informed on where not to spend your hard earned cash.

I bought a Mahindra on the 05-02-2020 with as little as 32000kms, the same evening got stuck re could not insert into gears, the same on the 6th, it was conveyed telephonically to sales executive, the same on the 7th, could not get hold of sales executive, had to call him Saturday after hours Saturday 8th. Monday the 10th send email, clutch was faulty, apparently fitted with a new one. Received car back on Monday 17th, drove car on the 18th and same problem with additional lack of engine power. I sent email to cancel the deal on Monday 18th, as I bought a vehicle that is a faulty, still no reply from dealership owner Dawie Steynberg, nor sales executive Eugene De Klerk, as email was sent to both. I had enough and I want my money back as a faulty car was sold to us, not blaming anyone but the service sucks. If they purchased a faulty car from previous owner, then they should take responsibility and refund me. I also approached Absa branch that gave me the finance and hopefully, they will put pressure on the dealership. Absolute not acceptable!
