I have bought a Polo 1.0 from Easycars via AC EXCLUSIVE AUTO in Cape Town which was accident damaged, not repaired via insurance and not registered as being in an accident. It was not disclosed as being accident repaired when purchased. I ended up trading the car in as it had a lot of issues which I wanted taken care of since I bought it which never happened. Trade in for the car was next to nothing because of the damage of the accident it was in. I am so disappointed that I ever bought the car there.

As a Telkom customer I very disappointed because of how things ended up recently. We have had incidents of cable theft in our area a couple of times which had been repaired, but recently Telkom will not attempt to repair again which is understandable that a business like Telkom cannot afford to repair every time due to cost/losses. That being said I was told i have to pay R339 of which I payed recently R350 so that I can proceed with an application to get LTE as a medium to use internet at home. I went to one of the Telkom stores made an application took the documents with including the payment details/slip, they said "we will call you tomorrow sir" and tomorrow became days. I then called in to make an application, which was processed, got an sms later that day declined. Called them back to be told i owe R1000 plus for ABCDEF....... of which i had no service. They did call today after another dispute to tell me that they looking into this matter. What is most upsetting is that I got declined for LTE (Using internet for work etc) after being a customer using their ADSL and landline, no effort made to at least try and keep as a customer or providing an alternative for internet etc. Very Disapointed.
